It seems impossible that half the year has passed already. Our gardens will soon be in full bloom.
To celebrate that fact and gardens in general, the club will host a garden walk for our July meeting. On Thursday, July 13, we will gather in the clubhouse parking lot and carpool to Avon Gardens. Please join us for a pleasant morning of exploring over 5 acres of gardens, a little shopping perhaps, and then lunch at Opa's. This event is open to the public and it crossed my mind that kids might enjoy participating in this little exploration. If you are looking for something to do with the kiddos, please join us. Opa's has a kids menu if you can stay for lunch. We will meet at our usual time of 9:30am and again the date is Thursday, July 13. No reservations are required. Just the pleasure of your company.
