Announcing the Heritage Lake Community Foundation

Updated: Feb 18

We have launched a new 501c3 company to let us seek tax deductible donations and allow us to apply for grants. The intent is to help raise funding for projects here at the lake to help the POA without affecting either dues or fees.

Only time will tell of course, how successful we can be, but we're enthusiastic!

Visit the Foundation web page @ this link:

As we get organized, we'll be recruiting Foundation Board members, Grant Writers and members at large to help us. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us at HLCommunityFoundation@gmail.com

Our first Foundation Board Meeting will be held at the Clubhouse during the Long Term Planning meeting on February 21 at 6:00 PM

with all the green area you maintain, you might want to consider enrolling some of it into government programs if you haven't already. They give financial assistance on upkeep of the area. Just an idea. I dealt with $5M in grants we gave to various universities for various projects in my career. I would gladly help you if you need it
