Purpose (as stated in the Articles of Incorporation)

The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

 

The primary purpose of the Foundation is to support and enhance the quality of life in the Heritage Lake community by:

 

1. Promoting community development and improvement projects.

2. Providing educational and scholarship opportunities for residents.

3. Supporting local charitable organizations and initiatives.

4. Preserving and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of the Heritage Lake community.

5. Undertaking any other activities that are consistent with the Foundation's charitable and community development purposes.
